Hi, welcome to play this autobiography game. The content of the game comes from my life and experience. The struggle against insomnia and anxiety is hard. However, in order to have a better rest and work efficiently during the day, we should continue to make efforts to keep ourselves in a good mental state and try to relax and sleep.
